Many Chinese domestic tourists regard a visit to this takeaway dumpling restaurant as an essential part of their holiday a reputation which guarantees a long line outside the restaurant at almost any time. If you don't want to line up, you can take a peek at the preparation process through the restaurant's plate glass windows. All I can say is they make a lot of dumplings!
