Bacon Wrapped (Some Include Cheese) Tri-Tip Bites

Use a coarse seasoning so you don't overpower the bacon flavor.

That's string cheese on the left.

About an hour on indirect heat.  Bacon is starting to crisp up.  I might have done a minute or two under the broiler to make sure the bacon had a little crunch.
