27 Hours an Counting

Just woke up from 3 hours of rough sleep. I needed it, I feel better for it, but I don't want to repeat it anytime soon! If you'd like to follow along at home here's how:

1) take your comfortable bed and prop up one side until it all sits at 155 degrees.
2) Add lumpy parts but NOT where you want them. So, no support for your lower back, behind your knees or your neck.
3) Select a fist sized rock. You can put it anywhere you want in the bed and you can move it around any time but it must touch you always.
4) Get in the bed fully clothed with your wallet in your back pocket and your shoes on. Your head needs to be on the high side.
5) invite a complete stranger to get in with you. You don't touch but you can open your eyes anytime and see them clearly.
6) Have the bed shaken hard one hour of your sleep and shaken moderately for another hour.
7) Have someone make announcements in 3 languages every 10 minutes. All shaking starts with this.
8) have a fan blow on your face the entire time.

Ahhh, I feel better after that!
